All-round carefree living: all operating and ancillary costs are included in the monthly rent: electricity, water, heating, cable TV, high speed internet, weekly cleaning with linen change. You take care of the kitchen yourself, it is fully furnished and also has a dishwasher. A laundry room with washing machines, dryers and ironing boards is also available.
Value Added Tax: our rental prices include 7% VAT, this may be deductible for business trips
City Tax Berlin: this is not applicable for business stays (written confirmation from the employer required). For all touristic stays, 5 % of the rent will have to be charged, up to a maximum of 22 days stay.
