The data protection of the City West Apartments is based in particular on the current Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). In the case of internet usage, we use the Telemedia Act (TMG) of the Federal Republic of Germany to protect your personal data.

 Basically, you can visit our website without telling us who you are. Our web server automatically stores information of a general nature. This includes the type of web browser, the operating system used, the domain name of your Internet service provider, the website from which you visit us, the websites you visit, the date and duration of the visit. This is only information that does not allow conclusions about your person. We evaluate these data only for statistical purposes and only in anonymous form.

Personal data, such as your name, address, account, ID or telephone number, your email address or IP number. We collect, process or use personal data provided by your volunteers. This happens when you are online with us (booking request or e-mails),

Use and dissemination of the collected data

 The personal data provided by you agreed purposes, also usually to the completion of the answer to your inquiries. If you make use of our services, as a rule, only those data are collected that we need to provide the services. As far as we ask them for more detailed data, it is voluntary information.  Right to information / public list of procedures

 According to §34 and §6b BDSG you have the unrestricted right to free information about your data stored by us and in accordance with § 35 BDSG the right to delete or block inadmissible data or the right to correct incorrect data. Upon request, we are happy to inform you in writing whether and what personal information we have stored about you. As far as possible, we will take appropriate measures to update or correct your stored data at short notice. In these cases, contact the management directly.

The object of the company is the management, operation, marketing and care of accommodation establishments, including all ancillary business directly or indirectly serving the business purpose. Personal data is collected, processed and used for the purpose of carrying out the business purpose.

In essence, personal data is collected, processed and used for the following groups of people:

  - Guests (address data, reservation data, reservation request data, billing data)

 - Customers (address data, contract data, billing and performance data)

 - Interested parties (address data, accommodation interests, event room requests)

 - Employees, applicants, pensioners (best personnel and salary data)

 - Suppliers (address data, billing data, service and function data)

 - Business and cooperation partners (address data, billing data, performance data)

Standard deadlines for the deletion of the data

After expiry of the various legal retention periods, the corresponding data is routinely deleted. If data are not affected, they will be deleted if the purposes mentioned under point 4 are omitted.

 Planned data transmission to third parties

Data transfers to third countries arise only within the framework of the fulfillment of the contract, the necessary communication, as well as other measures expressly provided for in the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). Data transfer to third countries outside the EU member states, in particular those whose data protection level is considered low, or to countries outside the EU currently does not take place; such is not planned.
